Cancellation, Late & No Show Policies
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
For pre-paid clients who cancel their appointments with less than 24 hours notice, we are happy to reschedule you for a session 30 minutes less than what you originally paid for.
For non-prepaid clients who cancel their appointments with less than 24 hour notice, we will talk with you to find the best solution for everyone.
Client's who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule.
